Oceanwear Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time We are a growing startup dedicated to quality. All orders for in-stock items are processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

For our custom print-and-sew apparel, please allow a 3 to 4 business day window for processing, as these specialized pieces require additional time in production before they are ready to ship.

You will receive another notification containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please note: Order processing time is separate from the shipping transit time you select at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer real-time, live shipping rates at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers, primarily USPS and UPS, to get your Oceanwear gear to you safely.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items and your destination. You will have the option to choose your preferred shipping speed and price tier before completing your purchase.

P.O. Box Deliveries Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, you must select a USPS shipping option at checkout. If UPS is selected for a P.O. Box address, your order may be delayed while we contact you to adjust the carrier.

Free USA Shipping Over $150 We are thrilled to offer free standard ground shipping on all domestic orders within the United States that total $150 or more (after discounts and before taxes).

  • When your cart reaches $150, the free shipping option will automatically become available at checkout.

  • Free shipping orders will be shipped using a standard ground service of our choice via USPS or UPS.

International Shipping & Customs (Duties/VAT) We offer international shipping to our global community. Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Important: All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are entirely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, local taxes, and VAT once the shipment reaches your destination country. Oceanwear is not responsible for these charges. Depending on the carrier (such as UPS or your local postal service), you may be billed directly for these fees prior to or upon delivery. If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at oceanwearclothing@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at oceanwearclothing@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will always try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Oceanwear is not liable for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
